I have known Dr Torres for 25 years, he is a great doc, he as smart as they come, I would not go to any one else.

I have been going to Dr. Tortes for many years. Everybody has been very helpful and nice.

Dr. Torres is a great Doctor, he really listens, ask questions and do follow ups. As for his staff are polite, caring, very professional. My husband has been Dr. Torres patient for about 20 years and he I’ll not change doctors, he is very happy with Dr Torres's Care. We do recommend Dr. Joseph Torres and his staff.

Horrible staff and the doctors don’t care about their patients. It’s all about money. The staff is so rude. All the women I had to speak to had nasty attitudes and obviously don’t like their jobs. They all need training on patient care.

The staff you have to deal with for appointments and referrals are horrible. Brenda is so unprofessional and rude, it’s baffling how she is still employed. Same with operator/scheduler. The supervisor Debbie is no better. No customer service skills. Nothing but attitude and lack of respect. Horrible service and poor representation for the doctor.

Great Doctors and staff also very nice

The doctors associated with this practice are all about turnover. I went in with a sinus infection and the doctor didn't even examine my sinuses. When I tried to ask about other issues I was having I was told they would deal with my two biggest issues and that was all. There was no one else in the waiting room however I felt like they just wanted me out of there. I've been visiting this office for years and have had some excellent care. I will be finding a new doctor, the care there now is simply awful!
