Great doctor but the nurse need to return calls back sooner I call the office with a problem she always call back around 5 PM all the time she saids to me that if these pills dont work the doctor does not know what to do not Acceptable to me I no the doctor would never say that plus his office always overbook patients there is a long wait when you get into the room to see him not acceptable

I have been a patient of Dr. Torotorello for many years. My mother and son are also patients of his. He is very compassionate, takes the time to listen. I have referred quite a few people to him. He is great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tortorello for almost the entire time he has been in this practice (about 20 years). I have always been pleased with the care given and that he has been able to catch things before they become bigger issues. He is not Rx happy and doesn't prescribe meds that are not needed. Good communicator and friendly care.

He is a knowledgeable physician who takes the time to listen to his patients and is extremely caring and understanding. He is an excellent diagnostician and an amazing physician. Professional and good "beside manner".

The staff is rude scripted and unhelpful it's unfortunate I have tried to make an appt with dr tortorello 3 times in the past 5 years and I've been met each time with a cold short border line nasty staff

Dr. Tortorello is the kindest, most compassionate doctor. He spends time with you and listens. He puts himself in your position. He never rushs. He is absolutely wonderful.
