Dr. Joseph Anthony Tozzi, MD

Very caring and knowledgeable and compassionate

never got to see this doctor....New patient looking for a new Primary care physician to coordinate all of my specialists for my illness.. filled out the new patient packet and it has been 2 weeks now and no appointment. The kicker was that a week ago they did call me and the first thing out of their mouth after asking for me was you have listed that you are taking Tramadol for pain and the doctor will not write that prescription.,...well i don't need him to i replied because that is through one of my specialists... so apparently drilling me on my current meds is more important than asking me my medical history and who else i am seeing currently DURING A APPOINTMENT .....HORRIBLE customer service when i dropped of my paperwork i waited at the front desk for 30 min because the office manager was busy conversing with a friend who came in AFTER me to tell her about his day while i stood their.....

Previously, the doctor was great. When you can actually speak with the doctor, I'm sure it would be fine. However, the office staff is HORRIBLE. They are rude, do not return phone calls, and give misinformation all the time. They refuse to let you speak with the doctor every and refuse to give him messages to return.

My children enjoy Dr.Tozzi as their Doctor. He spends quality time with them discussing their medical and personal issues. He is down to earth and very friendly.He even talks to them about their school,sports and the importance of good grades. The wait is rather lengthy but how can I complain, if he spends the time with other patients as he does with my children then he is giving them the quality time that they too deserve. If he was an in and out kind of Doctor then he really would not know my family the way he does.

Dr. Tozzi is a fantastic doctor. He takes time to listen to you and does a very thorough exam and blood work up. Dr. Tozzi reminds me of the doctors of yester year who are practicing Medicine because they care.

thinks everybody is a drug head and all they want is to get high off meds people really need those pills un caring

Overall opinion of Dr. Tozzi: He is a good doctor - compassionate and understanding.

I came into the office so excited to see Dr tozzi because i finally had the insurance that he took. The lady who borught me back was so rude to me and acted like i had done soemthing worng by coming in. When dr Tozzi came in he spent 5 miutes with me with an exam and sat me up and said what you need ot do is wake up in the morning and realize that you are fine ...Good to see you and walked out. Meanwhile iam stil having symptoms of sinus infection, fatigue so on so forth...used to be a great DR not sure what was goingo n that day
