Dr. Joseph Isaac Trompeter, MD

I used Dr. Trompeter from day 1 with my first child. I have 3 kids now, he has been thier primary physician for 8 years. Dr. Trompter is quirky but he is an AMAZING doctor. He even came to Magee Hospital for the birth of my latest daughter. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He has been a huge part of our family, unfortunatley I recently moved my children to a pediatrician closer to my area and it saddens be but it was necessary due to travel.

I have always had great experiences at Dr. Trompeter's office. He and his staff are great. I always feel comfortable with his diagnosis and I feel like he really takes the time to answer all of my questions. He relates well to parents and will often tell stories about raising his own children. A couple of years ago, my son woke up from a nap on a Saturday evening with an ear infection. Dr. Trompeter came into his Carnegie office just to see him before he and his wife went to the opera. I'm not sure I know of any other doctors who would do that. Best of all, my son truly adores him and gets excited when he gets to see Dr. Trompeter!

Dr. Trompeter is a good guy, he finds a way to make you feel better by making you laugh, but also keeps it professional by figuring out what you need to get better. Great Doctor. 4 stars
