If you want a doctor who treats you like you're wasting his time and doesn't even keep a proper record on you, he's your man. He will also make you wait at least 20 minutes to see him, even when you're the first patient of the day and the only person there. .Everyone I know who has had him as a doctor has found a new doctor because he doesn't care about his patients and doesn't even try to hide it. Doctors get paid too good to treat their patients that bad. As a side note - his receptionists and assistants were all very nice.

I do not like the phone system to call and set up an appointment. the wait is 25 minutes. that is ridicules. I don't want to change doctor, but if this how this is going to be every time I call the office to set an appointment or even ask a question it could be a deal breaker. I want to say, it was an in and out appointment and Dr. Van Ark was great as always. we were out in good timing, just the phone system sucks.
