I highly recommend Vitagliano orthodontics. The doctors and staff are ALWAYS kind and courteous. They always go out of their way to make all of the patients and family members feel comfortable and at ease. The extended office hours are also very helpful to the busy lives of all families. I highly recommend this office for all of you orthodontic needs.

My experience was A++! I was very impressed with how warm and welcoming everyone was. From the first phone call,to my consult to starting treatment, everyone was nicer than the next ! They explain treatment and work out a payment plan for your budget- no hidden fees ! I would recommend this office to everyone looking for a friendly and knowledgable office! This office is also the cleanest medical office I have ever seen! Love it!!

My daughter has a wonderful experience, everyone is sweet and great. They tell her everything she needs to know and do for the next visit. She is so proud to walk around and show off her braces and tell everyone were she goes

Dr. Joe is just the nicest guy besides being a pretty awesome orthodontist. Being an adult patient I had concerns and worries about adult braces and Dr. Joe and his staff made everything so easy and pleasant. His office staff is excellent and everyone is so nice. I can't not believe the results Dr. Joe achieved with my teeth. I am so happy and feel great. If you need braces, you need to visit Dr. Joe in West Islip! Dr. Joe is the most professional person there is. IF YOU EVER HAVE A QUESTION HE WILL STOP AND GIVE YOU HIS UNDIVIDED ATTENTION AND ADDRESS ANY ISSUES THAT YOU MAY HAVE. Dr. Joe is extremely sensitive to a child's needs/concerns and WOULD NOT EVER WANT TO SEE A CHILD CRY IN HIS OFFICE. How many other doctors do you know that go out of their way to provide 4 game stations for kids to entertain themselves while waiting?? At one point every exam chair had a computer game attached. Dr. Joe has random drawings for tickets to sporting events. He rewards the kids for keeping up with his treatment plan. He has a computer for his patients to log in when they arrive, yes it is a self check-in BUT WHAT PEOPLE DON'T KNOW IS THAT HE IS AWARE OF WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT HIS OFFICE AND HE KNOWS IF YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING BEYOND YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME... His staff is the best there is; always a smile on their faces because they work together as a team to provide the best and cleanest… environment.. Dr. Joe promotes dress down days (sports and holiday themes) for his staff....WHAT OTHER DOCTOR'S OFFICE DOES ALL OF THIS??? Both of our children are patients of Dr. Joe for the past 12 years, one after the other and we HAVE NEVER HAD ONE SINGLE ISSUE WITH DR. JOE OR HIS STAFF.....Our kids were upset when we moved away but when we told them that we were still going to see Dr. Joe they were overwhelmed with joy. For the past 11 years our family DRIVES 4 HOURS ONE WAY TO SEE DR. JOE, THAT IS HOW MUCH TRUST AND RESPECT HE HAS EARNED FROM OUR FAMILY.
