Dr. Joseph Leo Waters, MD

I use to go to Dr. Waters, I use to like him but he made a comment to me once that upset me and it was hurtful. I had gained some weight and he was doing a pap smear and told me I was too fat, he was hateful, which I wasn't that much over weight, I had been ill with heart problems and I never went back. He is also a person that either likes you or doesn't I've heard a few friends that like him. I would not recommend you going to him unless you are thin.

You never feel like a chassis on an assembly line. You are made to feel like a member of the family. Dr. Waters has the most caring way to mke you feel like you are his most important patient. I don't know how he keeps on schedule and yet he will spend as much time as necessary to explain and answer all your questions. He is GREAT!!
