I never took the time to write a negative review about anything, however this one warrants it. I was forced to cancel an appointment with only 24 hours notice. I canceled the appointment and requested a call back for a reschedule. Nothing...I called again for a reschedule, left another message as they don’t answer the phone on a regular basis, still nothing. I get an invoice for a missed appointment for $75. They refuse to acknowledge their part in this and refuse to reschedule an appointment without payment of a bogus charge that I never got an acknowledgement on or agreed upon. The staff courtesy is horrendous along with the chair side manner of the doctor. My first experience with the doctor was satisfactory, but here I am 7 years later having to get his work redone and I end up with an unacceptable experience on all sides. I certainly understand why the negative reviews have started to surface. The practice has considerably gone downhill. There are plenty of other service… providers out there that do better work and treat each patient with professionalism. Do your homework before visiting this circus.

Had to have tooth redone. Still not right. Two months later Dr will not call me back. His secretary Kim told me he is very busy with patients... I am a patient.... I explained. I now must have the tooth pulled and have an implant. All doctors are great when things go well and they get paid. The true test is how they follow up when things do not go well. Save your time, money and aggravation and choose another doctor. Because if they do not go well..... you may find yourself in my position.

Painless root canal. Dr Wateska is the best.

Dr Wateska was professional and funny and made the experience of getting a root canal re-treated as calm as he could. HOWEVER, the treatment of pain afterward is a joke since I was given only a few pain pills. I was in agony and called the next day only to have the receptionist KIM tell me I would just have to deal with the "discomfort" as she called it because he wasn't going to prescribe me anything else since he wasn't there. She was speaking for the DR without even speaking TO the DR. She suggested going to an emergency room which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! Absolutely ridiculous a patient has to suffer in pain like that after getting his tooth drilled and stuck with needles!!! Im sorry but a couple weak vicodin and Ibuprofen isn't going to help alleviate excruciating pain after having a tooth drilled!!!!!! Kim the receptionist either needs to go to dental school before speaking for the Dr or she needs to be a little more understanding of pain a patient is… going through. She acted as if she couldn't care less and I find that to be repulsive....

4 out of 5 root canals that was done are all bad. 4 yrs later found out nerves missed and did not remove other nerves down to the end of the tooth. Having gum infections and sinus pain. Having to get them redone. Save your time and money and go else where.

Wonderful endodontis, did great work and was a kind man, however, the older nurse working with him shared her views that were clearly racist concerning the recent shootings. " And look who is doing the shootings, the blacks." The seemed to try to correct her, however, he then shared his political views of being a Trump supporter and in some way in bis comments made it sound as though Trump would fix this situation. I don't feel it's professional in the least to have any conversations like that in front of patients and it's definitely not ok to have an outspoken racist employee working beside you and allowing her to remain emoloyed. I was disappointed by all of that because he does great work!
