Dr. Joseph Lee Webster SR., MD

My recent appointment with Dr. Joseph Webster was disappointing and lacked consideration. Throughout the visit, Dr. Webster remained behind his computer, failing to perform basic checks like blood pressure or heart rate measurement ( by the nurse before he entered) and no physical exam when he came into the room. I had genuine concerns that he diagnosed from his laptop. What troubled me most was his dismissive approach to my concerns. Despite being referred to him for a reason and having detailed medical documentation, he casually attributed my symptoms to mere bloating. I received a generic pamphlet on dietary advice, which he effortlessly canceled the column that didn't apply to me with a squiggle that offered no personalized guidance. When I attempted to share my prior test results, Dr. Webster swiftly dismissed them, implying they were irrelevant and would never change. My visit to Dr. Joseph Webster left me demotivated, disheartened, and genuinely sad. I had expected a more… thoughtful and considerate approach to my chronic condition, but instead, I encountered indifference and a lack of engagement and consideration. I understand he sees dozens of people, and I am one of many. But this is my life, and I felt dismissed and disheartened.

Dr Webster did a colonoscopy on my daughter today. She suffered awful pain through the entire procedure with no concern or consideration from Dr. Webster. How cruel can you be to take a patient in the most vulnerable circumstances and to purposely ignore their cries for help? I do not recommend Dr. Webster to anyone as he is not only a cruel doctor but a judgmental one as well.

Brilliant physician. Cordial, curt and to the point. Caring and compassionate. Highly professional and thorough in making his diagnosis and recommendations. Scheduled further advanced procedures so as to eliminate the possibility of other problems. Very kind and professional staff and nurse assistants. Nice office and ease of access.

From my arrival to my departure, I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Webster has a no nonsense but caring and informative demeanor. The staff was friendly and responsive to my needs. I would not hesitate to return or recommend this doctor.

First visit,the doctor was at the hospital and not in the office. I waited for one hour twenty minutes until he arrived. Also,he is not a very friendly doctor, he came in the room and didn't even introduce himself just got down to business. As, he was talking to me he did not looked at me in the face. He was just asking questions and writing at the same time.I felt as if to him it's only business. I felt very uncomfortable and I will not go back to him. He did not resolved my problem instead, he refer me to another specialist.

Never really solved my issue.Actually he just wrote it off as lactose intolerance.He handed me a pamphlet and said don't eat these foods and that was it.He even walked out of the room on me to answer a personal phone call!!I will definitely not be back and would NOT recommend him!!

My daughter is 7 years old and having extreme abdominal cramping and tenderness around her bellybutton,fever that comes and goes, blood in stool, white stool, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, followed by times when she is eating non stop: extremely hungry! She was unable to poop after taking the 2 bottles of laxitive for the colon prep, and then started vomiting. Dr. Webster offered no help, only suggested that she is possibly being sexually abused. This is ridiculous! He called our daughter's doctor and had him perform an anal exam. This is traumatizing our daughter and she needs medical help!
