Dr. Joseph Zucker, MD

Dr. Zucker was very attentive to my 2 year old daughter. He diagnosed her cracked wrist first thing and this was after being to the ER and having xrays done there, and the ER doctor said he couldn't see anything wrong with her. Dr. Zucker diagnosed it and casted her all in the same day. He was great with her. I have no complaints with him. He was the only doctor around the area that would see my 2 year old and I will be forever grateful for that!!!!

DR. ZUCKER & HIS NURSE WERE MY WORST NIGHTMARE. I LEFT NUMEROUS VOICE MESSAGES REGARDING MY NEEDING ATTENTION AND NONE OF THE CALLS WERE RETURNED. AT THE BEGINNING OF MY VISIT, AFTER LEAVING THE MESSAGES, HIS NURSE STATED SHE TRIED TO RETURN MY CALLS BUT WAS UNABLE TO REACH ME AT THE NUMBER IN MY CHART. I CONFIRMED MY CONTACT INFORMATION WITH THE OFFICE STAFF. THE NURSE LIED. I ALREADY KNEW SHE WAS LYING TO ME. I WANTED THE OFFICE STAFF TO KNOW THAT SHE LIED.MY QUESTIONS TO DR. ZUCKER & HIS NURSE WERE ESSENTIALLY BRUSHED OFF.I'M STOPPING NOW BECAUSE THINKING OF THEIR LACK OF CONCERN ANGERS ME!

because of the doctor's ineptness i cannot lift my arm. he used sutures in my shoulder and other doctors say they never would. he wrote in my chart that he told me not to lift my arm. he never told me that. my should drained fluid and he had no idea what to about it. he operated a second time and still had bad results. i would not recommend this doctor to anyone. i am tempted to go sit in his office and show all waiting patients what he did to me.
