Stay away. This office and dentist is the complete worst, unprofessional and rude. Attempts to resolve a simple billing issue resulted in both the front desk and the dentist ending the conversation with hanging up. Extremely bad customer service and the dentist doesn't want to be bothered with billing issues or complaints about her staff. The first visit for both my wife and I after moving to the Midwest were concluded with recommendations for thousands of dollars of services with dental issues surfaced that our previous provider never reported or observed. Suspicious and money driven for sure without a care about the patient. BEWARE

I came to park dental for the 1st time and immediately after sitting in the chair the dentist told me I needed 3,000 worth of dental work. She also told me she was going give me a special mouthwash because I have gingivitis. She asked me if I ever had a deep cleaning and I told her no and she said I needed one. She said I will clean your teeth today just to make you happy but you really need to make an appointment for a deep cleaning She told me I had a receding gum line and i had 16 teeth that needed to have work on. I have never been told that I needed any of this work done and I have never had gingivitis. The hygienist started applying fluoride on my teeth and I stopped her and said stop does my insurance cover this? She told me no after it was already being applied. I was charge $62 out of pocket for gingivitis mouthwash and a fluoride treatment. I looked at my insurance plan when I got home and my insurance shows Fluoride treatments are covered. I contacted the office and a very… rude receptionist told me my Fluoride treatments that are covered are only for children. I told her that there is no age limit according to my insurance plan. Then she told me that the one that’s covered under the insurance is not the one that I got. I asked her why she did not offer me the one that was covered under the insurance and she told me I need to take it up with my insurance company. I told her the dentist office is the one that submits bills to the insurance and she hung up on me. I have been trying to reach the Dennis for three days and I’ve left messages and no one will call me back. I have never experienced such a bad dentist who is so money hungry.

I got an emergency since my tooth got broken during my long Florida trip. I have called my dentist from Florida in advance to make an appointment but he stopped his service due to Covid 19 outbreak. So, I decided to find a dentist near my home, but I was shocked by the prices that they offered to me and I was supposed to wait for one month for an appointment! I have decided to call Dr. Dabhi as my husband liked her work. And it was the best decision I made. She did her best to find time for me despite her busy schedule ASAP. Dr. Dabhi answered all my questions and listened to me. She checked all my teeth to foresee and prevent problems before they become serious. Since I do not have insurance I requested an estimate for here work. She gave me a paper with everything written explicitly. She patiently answered all my questions and explained all prices. Only after I agreed to everything she started performing her work. Dr. Dabhi saved my tooth, and despite 3 visits and complicated… work I could afford to pay my bills all by myself - I have no insurance. And from my experience - no pain at all! Seriously, I have many root canals done with different doctors and crowns and it was ALWAYS painful, plus I felt dizzy after medicine. I do not know the magic of Dr Dabhi, but I felt just no discomfort or pain. It saved me a fortune and I have a Hollywood smile - will not look for any other doctor. Naturally good doctors are very busy, so for non-emergency cases, you may wait for an appointment for a while, but it's worth it. Her work is perfect - no issues with my crown at all (it was done 1 year ago). I feel it like my natural tooth! I definitely recommend Dr. Dabhi and Park Dental Care dental services! Professional work of Josephine herself, very clean office and friendly team. They always picks up the phone and return calls and have below-market prices.

I have never had a dentist recommend 5 root canals within 19 mos. and I recently went in for a cleaning and somehow ended up paying $287 when my cleanings are covered by insurance. Asked for a itemized receipt and the secretary refused and said it could be mailed. How rude. They never mailed my husband’s when they told him the same thing. I’m not willing to fight with my dentist, so bye!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dabhi since she took over this practice. I find her to be kind, friendly, caring and gentle. Dr. Dabhi takes time to explain why a procedure should be done. She will give choices for treatment and never force her preference on the patient. I am very pleased with her work and would positively recommend her to everyone. I also find her staff to be friendly and very considerate of the patient's comfort.

I have been going to Dr. Dabhi for over 10 years. On my first visit she correctly diagnosed my problems that my past dentists had neglected. I have been very happy with Dr. Dabhi and her fantastic staff as they really do care about their patients. My dental health has greatly improved over the past 10 years and I look forward to going to Dr. Dabhi even though this is a 60 mile round trip drive for me.

I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Dabhi today for an evaluation on my dental health. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but she quickly made me feel at ease with her professionalism and the caring she manifests. She took her time and was very exact in her examination making sure I was comfortable, as did her staff. I would highly recommend her especially if you have concerns about going to the dentist, she understands how you feel. She explained the work needed and agreed to help me which would seem normal in most cases. I was introduced to Dr. Dabhi through Dental Lifeline because I have terminal blood cancer and I'm unable to work as I did due to fatigue. My funds are exhausted do to medical costs and the financial hardships so she is working free of charge and rather than making me feel this was a hand out she made me feel this is a hand up. I'll be forever grateful for her help and I hope friendship.

Doctor Dabhi is the best dentist I have ever been to. She really explained the dental procedures to me, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. Her front desk was very helpful in making my next appointment. I cannot wait to bring my family here.
