Dr. Josephine Agbowo, MD

Is Dr. Agbowo a good physician? Well, I wouldn't know. I scheduled an appointment but she was not even at the clinic that day. Instead, a nurse practitioner first year student attended to me. Okay, maybe they just forgot to tell me. But it gets much worse. The staff at Osita were disinterested, disorganized, and unresponsive. I would call and leave voicemails, never once got a call back. I just had to call until I eventually got someone on the phone. They gave me the wrong referral TWICE, sending me on wild goose chases around the city and wasting my time when I took work off for the appointments. Dr. Agbowo may well be a great physician, but I will never attempt to see her again due to the lack of care and competence I experienced with her staff, which reflects badly on her too.

The attending was dismissive and did not listen to my concerns. When she found out I had "good insurance", she started pushing for other tests that weren't applicable

Dr Ogbowo is an excellent, thorough Dr., She takes her time and is wonderful. Staff is also great. Clean, new offices maintained wonderfully. Highly recommend her.
