Dr Aloot is amazing physician and human being. I love her office staff! They are so friendly and helpful.

I live over an hour away and I rushed to get here on time only to wait for 1 1/2 hours before I was even seen. I signed in and took a seat. There was not a receptionist in the office. The doctor should of came out and at least said she was running behind. I guess our time doesn’t matter. The office needs updates and the chairs are all old and peeling apart. This was my second visit and my last. If there was a zero star that is what I would give!!!

The most rude doctor I have ever seen. Her answer to everything was to deal with it. Waited over 4 hours, the office was dirty and the staff was not friendly at all.

Pack a lunch and dinner too. You are in for a wait. Tired of doctors double booking and being disrespectful of others time. Gave up the wait. There is four hours of drive time and hours of waiting that I will never get back . . . Not to mention my tank of gas.

So when I arrived at the doctors office at their re scheduled time not mine, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 4 nurses/staff chatted amoungst themselves. I had to interupt them because I was a new patient and knew I had forms to fill out. They forgot to send them in the mail. They wouldn't verify my insurance for me so I did before I arrived and when I did hand them my insurance card they wouldn't proceed with my appointment because my drivers license didn't match my ins. card. I brought my marriage license with me and my medications so they could put proof in the file. Nope. The nurse implied I was a con and she was following regulation. It surely wasnt that I wanted them to break policy, it was about how rude and condesending they were. The office staff is absolutely not problem solvers. I asked for my paper work back and walked out. It was one thing after another since I made the appointment. So the doctor may be okay, however if you have a horrible team it's… not worth it me as the consumer. I live with a life altering disease called RA and if I can't have a good experience with the people who are there to help aide me in my progression then what good is it going there????

Had a tough time to get an appointment as I was a new patient. Had to wait for 20 days for this and thank god I was alive. Had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor. The doctor looked very professional and she took lot of time to analyze my symptoms and concluded that I am in wrong place.

only dr. to listen to me and believed me about my pain. She kept ordering tests until we found an answer.
