Dr. Josephine Youel Dinkha, MD

I went to see the doctor for sore throat. I gave staff insurance card but they sent the info to my old insurance. Now, I am stuck with a bill for $320. First, they made me wait an hour in the lobby. then another 30 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor. and after about 10 minutes, the examination of my throat was done. now, I am stuck trying to make a claim for the amount of $320. even after a couple of months, I faxed my correct insurance info to the staff and they still did not bill the correct insurance. now 10 months later, I am getting invoice from doctors billing office for the full amount since the staff did not bill the insurance. doctor is good but the staff is awful. I will not be going back to this doctor.

Dr. Dinkha has a good bed side manner and is very professional, however her office staff needs training. I have waited three weeks for a referral and they keep making excuses and hanging up the phone. Dr Dinkha office manager has not resolved this issue and is incompetent. Dr. Dinkha, is a good doctor and is loosing patients because of her staff. Mrs. McElroy

Dr. Dinkha was fabulous with me. She took her time and explained many answers relating to my many questions. She was truly concerned with my over health as a person and ordered what tests she felt were necessary, and not ones she didn't. I appreciated her time and honesty. I feel comfortable with her, which is something that is rare to have with a doctor you do not see often.

I have seen almost every doctor that has come and gone from that office in the past 16 years, Dr. Dinkha is by far the best yet! I had suffered for more than a decade with a condition that was mis-diaganosed more than 20 times. I had spent countless hours hospitalized, countless years wasted and not to mention, an extreme amount of wasted money on meds I didnt need! The very FIRST time I was seen by Dr. Dinkha, She diagnosed me correctly and Im FINALLY better. I do not ever want to see another doctor. Thank God for her!

The office staff was very friendly, the building was clean. I was a first time patient met with Dr. Dinkha who did a first time patient form with me. I gave her my full background on a condition I have, I gave rights for them to pull my medical records. She reffered me to another doctor for one thing and wanted blood tests taken before following back up. Upon my next visit she didnt remember anything about me and why I would be following up with a specialist then told me that I never told her I had a condition denied it and said that I would of been prompted to sign paperwork to retrieve my medical records (which I did) she stepped out of the room to check with the staff. In that 1 month time they tried to call my doctor office 1 time and left a message and gave up so they did not have my medical records yet. She then said it was my fault because I did not provide a fax number to my past doctors office. She was very defensive when I was re explaining my condition interjected alot to… correct my termonology and more or less would draw the conversation away explaining the differences between specialties and used alot of medical jargon which I completely didnt understand. I felt pretty rushed to get out of the office and was left wondering what is our next step? She didnt get into to much details about what certain items on my blood test that were high, what she did explain I didnt understand because I dont know medical talk. I left upset feeling like I wasted a month of my time for nothing and now feel that im going to have to go through this all over again to ultimately get through to a proper specialist that I know im suppose to be seeing.

Dr Dinkha is very patient n she listens to her patients. I hate when u call and your holding forever.

Don't trust this doctor as far as I can spit.
