Rude lies . Refused medical Treatement to me for no reason. Violated Florida State Statue . She should be investigated and put in jail. Jeopardy my health . Please someone in authority get a hold of me . Have I got a story .She should lose her medical license .

Dr Jasper is extremely rude, no social skills at all. Our second appointment a telemed appointment for which she charged me $ 145 for 1 minute of insults in which she proofed that she lied to me and then insulted me even more and just hang up. I have seen a few ignorant and rude doctors, but she most definitive is the queen of rudeness and a specialist in insulting people - most definitive lost her purpose and most definitive chose the wrong profession. Not discussed my $ 1,200 lab work with me, insulted me verbally and hang up like a little girl with a bad attitude. RUN!!!!

Find another endocrinologist! Don’t go out of convenience . Dr Jasper has no respect for her patients.

Dr Jasper is a fabulous and caring doctor. I would recommend her to everyone. She really takes the time to help each and every patient. Hope she never retires. She is the best!!!!

After three appointments and three cancellations, two were canceled because of a “computer Issue” the third was for 3/15/23 at 3pm, this was cancelled for an unknown reason and I was rescheduled for, 3/22/23 at 3pm, upon arrival the receptionist seemed to be in a fog, after signing in (I printed my name) and sitting for 40 minutes with no patient in the office, the receptionist again asked me for my name and told me I did not have an appointment, I showed him the texts that I had saved on my phone confirming the appoint for 3/22/2023, he asked me to write my name on a piece of paper and brought it in to the doctor, I was rescheduled again (4 times now) I asked to speak to 5ge Doctor , she refused, after leaving the office a short time later I received a text that all my appointments? We’re cancelled because I didn’t show for the 3/15/2023 appointment? I have the verification that the office cancelled my appointment, anyone who reads this and needs an endocrinologist, BE AWARE AND DO… NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR…..READ THE REVIEWS, there is a problem with the staff and Doctor, I intend to reach out to the AMA as I was in need of a physician and was refused.

If there was lower than one star that would be my rating. First appointment cancelled and rescheduled 3 times. Then an hour wait. When the doctor was told that the patient before us left (after being told the Doctor hadn’t left home yet) she said “I don’t need patients like that”. At follow-up I was told they were allergic to my perfume and couldn’t see me. I had no perfume or fragrance at all. I’m done. Got a new doctor.

I am A retired physician recently moved here to Florida and I am insulin dependent diabetic for 25 years. I had an appointment with Dr Jasper’s office tat was made nearly three months ago. On the afternoon of my appointment I called to confirm my appointment and was told I was all set and to present early to fill out paperwork. When I arrived the receptionist told me that my long awaited appointment was canceled because no referral was received. I was never asked or informed that a referral was needed. My insurance does not require referrals. The receptionist at first rescheduled me for the following week and then suddenly changed the appointment to March 21st. I practiced medicine for 37 years in New York in. a very busy practice. I never treated any patient so shabbily and disrespectfully. The receptionist was rude and refused to even consult with Dr Jasper about this issue. Dr Jasper is fully responsible for the shabby way I as a patient and a a fellow colleague and should be… ashamed of herself and her office. I intend to file an official complaint to the Florida Board of Health. In New York this kind of substandard treatment would not be tolerated.

??Waited TWO hours for my scheduled appointment. This doctor didn’t care to learn of her patient. Jasper is horribly rude, arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional. She threw me out of her practice when I mentioned the TWO hours of me waiting! Just retire!!!!!!

Dr. Jasper has been treating me for over 2 years. During those 2 years I have found her and her staff to be incompetent, Yes it took me two years to realize that I made a terrible choice in seeing her. I found her to be arrogant, dismissive and uninformed. After two long years I have since sought treatment for my Vitamin D problem with a competent endocrinologist. Inconsistent in her information portrayed from visit to visit to the point that it is detrimental to one’s health. She is the worst doctor that I have ever met in my life. She should be helping people instead of being a liar, conartist, and a cold hearted person!

Dr. Jasper is an excellent physician. She is very knowledgeable and she spends time with you. She cares about you and you can tell that in her care instructions and she is very supportive. For those who mention wait time it is because she spends this quality time with her patients. Others mention whether the office is clean. I don't see an issue with cleanliness but I know she rents in this office so not everything is in her control and it is an older office. My concern when I see a doctor is whether the doctor is knowledgeable and caring. My blood sugar has improved under her direction and I feel confident that my overall health with too. I wish there were more doctors like her who spend quality time and has the experience she does in multi-specialties .
