Dr. Josephine Randazzo, DO

I love Dr. Randazzo.

The title says it all. She's rude and if you need prescriptions called in for refills start several weeks before you run out. Will be finding a different doctor.

This is the worst Dr I have ever been to she is mean nasty you cant talk to her I inherited her do to my Dr. going over to premier been having problems told her it was my heart having burning in my arm she set me up with stress test back in the summer went out of kettering network got it done cheaper to save myself 1600 dollars she didnt hardly want to approve it finally got approved said my test was good still having problems she said i had back problems which i dont strond as a ox so she said she would set me up to get carotid artery check waited for 2 months finally called up told kettering dont want to use her anymore fired her gave me a decent Dr. he did a cath on me I have 3 arteries in my heart that are blocked I am looking to sue her at this point do not use her look at her ratings

I had a heart attack and this doctor had no concern at all for my condition. She mostly wanted me to know how self important she was and how busy she was and how she had no time for me. The staff actually told me she had a horrible attitude towards them as well and to pay no attention to her horrible bedside manner.

Her employement was terminated and she was escorted off hospital premises and next thing you know she is in Dayton, Ohio. Do not trust her.

This doctor has the most horrible bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen in my life and I've worked in healthcare for many years and I also see many doctors for different health problems. She had me in tears when I left. To be more specific I am unable to work due to many disabilities and she asked me what I do everyday. Not that it's any of her business but I explained that I homeschool my kids but that wasn't good enough for her. She asked do you clean, do you make your bed everyday, do you do laundry and the list went on and on. When she first came into the room she said what are you here for. What's wrong with you. I can't get over the way she acted. I could tell she wasn't well liked by the other staff members as someone else stated. I would not recommend this lady to anyone. A dog deserves better care than she gives.

Dr Randazzo takes time with my Mom and actually listens to what she has to say. It's wonderful. And she takes time to try to explain whats going on, even though Mom doesnt grasp it all. I do, and I appreciate the level of care she provides. Staff is also good but the phone system stinks.

This is second cardiologist I have had in this practice with the same result. When calling in for prescription they say they only respond to the pharmacy. My pharmacy has sent in message 3 times with no response and I have called and left messages 3 times with no response. Same result for 2 doctors. It is an institutional shortcoming. Am now looking for new cardiologist.
