Please stay far far away from this practice. They are error driven, unprofessional, and slow to see patients due to personal gossip sessions in the back. My first bad experience occurred when my daughter was giving a false negative Covid test. At the time I was a Covid nurse so I knew that my daughter was exhibiting all the symptoms that said that she had COVID-19 to include loss of taste. We took her to this place to be tested and was told that she was negative. I continued to treat her as if she was positive Because I knew those results could not have been accurate. A few days later I received a phone call from this office saying that there was a mixup in their labs and they had to redo the test and my daughter had actually tested positive. The next bad incident occur when my mother’s vital signs were input in the system incorrectly. She called the office to let them know immediately however after several attempts to plead with them to correct the error, they stated it was ok and… should not cause any harm! Really the wrong medical data such as blood pressure should not cause harm. Wow!!! No integrity! My final straw with this poorly run, unprofessional establishment occurred when I had to wait an hour past my appointment time just to be called back for vitals. After bringing this to the attention of the staff and being the Only person in the waiting room I was told that the NP would call me back shorty. Another 15 mins pass and I get called to the back. I have to give a urine sample and prior to turning it in I notice the wrong name was labeled on my bottle. I bring this to their attention and they act annoyed with me for their Mistake. A staff member also took it upon herself to contact someone I knew to let them know that I was in the office and I was not happy with them and used vulgar language in the message. Little did they know that the message was sent to me. I brought it to the attention of Miss Josette and common to her unprofessional behavior she begins to blatantly lie and make up stories irrelevant to what I was calling her for Which was to address her staff about discussing patient information to other people. This review is just the beginning of what I will do to ensure patient safety satisfaction and respect when receiving care. This place needs to be looked at and shut down immediately!!!
