The office goes above and beyond to schedule my clients. Erica & Monique place my kids on my caseload on a cancellation list and I have been called to have my kid fit in the schedule. I am very grateful for the staff being so understanding. Dr. Romaine is very reassuring and my clients feel good talking to her

I just want to say Dr Romain and her staff where I believe the most caring and kind people in a doctor's office that I've ever come across she listens unlike most doctors very compassionate and interested in her patients we definitely need more doctors like her

Dr Romain is the definition of a great doctor. She listens well, is very compassionate and knowledgeable in her field. She made us feel like we were her only patient. Outstanding service!!

I could not ask for a better Doctor, she's so kind, soft spoken and really cares about her patients, she doesn't over talk you, she listens and doesn't try to hurry in and hurry out. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Dr.Romain was wonderful, soft spoken doctor that helped me learn a lot about mental illness. I would highly recommend her office as the staff was friendly and very helpful...

She is fabulous and has help me so much. I recently changed insurance companies and was so afraid that she would not be in the new insurance company's network....but thank goodness she was. I would not want to go to anyone else

They almost never answer the phones, very unprofessional, I have waited over TWO HOURS to see the doctor for FOUR MINUTES. Staff are in no way helpful. A terrible way to treat mental health patients suffering from depression.
