Dr. Josh Syungrul Baek, DO

This review is for Dr. Joshua Baek I made an appointment for an annual physical check up and was billed for an "office visit". During the 1st visit, they withdrew blood for lab results and made me make a 2nd follow up appointment to go over lab results. Since I was under the impression that I was getting a physical done, I made a second appointment 2 weeks later. Upon arrival to the 2nd visit, the computer systems "were down", so Dr. Baek couldn't pull up my lab results. I basically wasted my time and drove there for nothing. Not only did I get billed once for an incomplete physical exam, I got billed a second time for showing up to nothing. I was not supposed to be billed for a physical exam in the first place as it is completely covered by my insurance company but to be billed for a 2nd appointment & to be told that he couldn't tell me anything because the computer systems are down is appalling. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this crooked doctor to anyone. I can't… believe that I have to deal with this because Dr. Baek wants to make some extra cash by billing his patients for an "office visit" as opposed to exactly what the patient went in for (in my case - a physical exam). Please stay away unless you don't mind being billed fraudulently. Clearly, this doctor does not have his patient's best interest at heart and only wants to make money. Definitely going to change my primary care physician. Baek is not an ethcial doctor.
