Dr. Josh Daniel Gunnell

Terrible. Had a new patient appointment, due to pain in 2 lower teeth. Dr. Grunnell, which I assume saw me, is a very grumpy man, never introduced himself, had the assistant Carry take some xrays, then came back in, and when I told him I was pretty scared of dental work, he was so rude as not to answer until I sharply asked him if he heard me which he then mumbled something. He had heard me fine the first time! Wow! He never discussed the xrays, or my sensitivity to novocaine. When I mentioned it, he quickly said that he needed a note from my GP to continue treatment. The assistant Carry was not much better, it made me feel like I was dramatizing and they were not having it. It wouldnt surprise me at all if behind my back they raised their eyes..oh not another one of these... It made me sad because they really did not care. Perhaps the good reviews are for his wife who is also a dentist? If you are anxious about dental work, dont go here. Eventhough I have discomfort, they wont see… me until the note comes back from my GP. Ridiculous! Carry tried to reschedule it in 3 days, but grumpy quickly bit her back with a cynical remark that it would be more than 5 days if that. A week of discomfort for absolutely no good reason. Absolute horror here!
