Dr. Josh Macdougald Smith, MD

The best pediatrician ever he goes above and beyond any doctor we have ever seen. Without him my daughter would not of gotten into medical facilities. He has researched and worked on her case even on his off days. Every time I have left him a message he has returned my call that day. He truly is an exemplary pediatrician.

Dr. Josh has been our physician for our son for 18 years. He is the best straight forward, easy going doctor for any child

Now Dr Smith is a good Dr & I trust his medical expertise, but he overcrowds his schedule. Every time we have had an appointment we have had to wait at least 30 minutes but typically closer to an hour before we see him. This is a consistent problem (not just during flu season, or because of an emergency that gets priority). Even when we have had early morning appointments we still had to wait. In fact we have never ever been seen within 30 minutes of our appointment time. I understand that sometimes energencies happen but when somebody is always running this late it is because of scheduling. I don't want to make my two small children (incl a newborn) wait with sick people for an hour & I don't want a simple appointment to take up half a day (this is a big deal for working parents). There are plenty of good pediatricians so we are switching to somebody that doesn't squeeze too many patients into one day.

i love this doctor he is my doctor right now he is nice and caring with al his patients and i will miss him when i stop going to him when i have my children if he is still a doctor i will send them to him

Dr.Smith is a friend of my dads and I mentioned one time that my son needed special formula that is very expensive. Dr.Smith took the time to bring me some of that formula and he has no idea how much that means to the mother of a young child
