Dr. Bales did an excellent job of informing both my husband and me about a possible future surgery to stop the constant arthritic pain. And he was very willing to show my husband my x-rays to show him where I have bone on bone contact. He's a very personable doctor!

Dr Bales and his staff is one of the best experiences I've ever gone through, I severed a bad injury and I was scared but with the help and guidances through them the fear went away and I appreciate everything they did for me to get me back to normal
