Dr. Joshua David Beer, MD

Dr. Beer is a very nice doctor, never rushes and great bedside manner. His reception staff, on the other hand, is awful. These women that work that front desk leave little to be desired in terms of visiting that office again. They have the worst attitudes and when you ask a simple question, it is as if you are asking them for the world. Just plain nasty attitudes. Not a reflection of the doctor of course.

Dr. Beer is wonderful. I never feel rushed out of his office as I have felt with other doctors in the past. However, his staff is a disappointment. Every time I call to make an appointment I always feel as I'm being a bother. They are there to do a job that they don't want to do...really??? Just always rude and never friendly. I give Dr. Beer 5 stars. Unfortunately, for his staff I have to rate 1 star because it's required...otherwise, they get nothing from me.

Dr. Beer is great, but the front desk is rude and leaves a lot to be desired. Starting from their greeting when you check-in to when you leave. The women all seem miserable.

Several friends recommended Dr. Beer to me and I am grateful to them! I am not an easy patient when it comes to my eyes. Fortunately, Dr. Beer is a kind and sensitive doctor who was able to put me at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains clearly every aspect of what I need to do to take care of my eyes. He referred me to a top surgeon (after making sure this doctor would accept my med insurance so I didn't have to!) and I feel safe and in good care...(the way a good doctor SHOULD make his patient feel!)

Dr. Beer is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. He is thorough, has an excellent bedside manner, and was able to refer me to a specialist for a chronic eye condition that I have been struggling with for years. I'm really jumpy when it comes to my eyes, and he made me feel comfortable and was extremely gentle. To sum it up, if you're looking for a great eye doctor, you should definitely give Dr. Beer a try.
