Dr. Joshua Alexander Bloom, MD

In working with a client to obtain their collateral information the two women who were assisting were rude and unprofessional to both myself and the client. We were requesting a fax be resent and they stated they had confirmation it was sent twice. We understood that and requested again the paperwork for the client to which the receptionist replied, " this is ridiculous, HOLD ON!" We were then switched to Cindy who was slightly more pleasant. She did agree to send the fax hesitantly. This is HIS paperwork he needs to get paid from his job that is currently off of for tx. I am appalled they spoke to us like this. BE KIND ALWAYS LADIES!!! Not a good representation of your services Dr. Bloom.

Dr. Bloom has provided excellent care for my elderly father-in-law. He is very thorough and his office staff and nurses have excellent call back whenever called because of illness or concerns. Thank you!

If you want good health care you will not find it with UHSI in Kenosha Go the distance and see doctors in Milwaukee. It will be less of a headache for you and you will not have to worry about the long term health effects from the mistakes that these Kenosha doctors make and then place the blame on you.
