Dr. Joshua S Brown, MD

I have been a patient for several years and must admit that Dr. Brown has taken excellent care of me. I am 66 years old.

Hardly ever do they answer their phone. If you leave message calls are normally not returned. When they are it is probably days later. He does not seem to care about patient complaints.

Want mass mailings from your doctor, or how bout robocalls? This is the doc for you. Want to wait in a spiritless office at least 30-60 mins before you get called on? Dr Brown's your guy. Want to get pitched for knee shots you aren't there for, never asked for and definitely don't want? Dr Brown again is your man. Want to be told why they cannot help you, instead of actively trying to help you as their patient? I could go on & on, but this place makes me sick...wait! I need a doctor.

I went into this practice for a routine physical. They said I needed a Heartwise physical, even though I am a healthy symptom free 50 year old woman. I had a physical there the previous year. When I showed up, they had lost my appointment, then the next time I waited an hour in the waiting room. The front desk girl was rude and rolled her eyes at me. Then the insurance was nightmare. I have full coverage, but I'm being billed by them for $2,200 for a simple physical and $1,750 for the baseline physical bloodwork. My insurance rejected the physical. I'm not sure how they filed it under what categories. There is no one there to help and they said it was covered. When I called the business office no one ever answers. After leaving several voicemail messages, when I finally speak to someone, they say that was an expensive special physical. No one there ever told me it was any different. I feel like this office is just trying to bill outrageous fees by referring unnecessary medical services… for people who are healthy.

IMS is a disorganized and badly managed practice. Even if you have an appointment you’ll end up sitting in the waiting room waiting forever. Dr Brown is overworked and spread thin with 7,000 patients so he can barely give patients any time, apart from just prescribing pills. If you can, find a better doctor!

This medical practice is really just a"cattle call". Very crowded, too busy, Long waits and they seem to just be a "mill" seeing as many patients every 15 minutes. I'll never go back.

Dr. Brown is extremely conscientious and committed to the well being of his patients.

Dr. Brown has been taking care of me and my extended family for ten years. He is caring, careful, thorough and knowledgable. Best doctor I've ever had.

Expect to wait, wait, wait and be rescheduled and tossed around. Office staff is not organized and the office does not flow smoothly and efficiently.
