I have had dental issues for many years, due to autoimmune illnesses and the drugs used to treat them. About three years ago, I moved to Palm Desert and luckily found Desert Dental Specialty Group. Dr. Cartter developed a comprehensive plan that addressed every dental issue, and gave me back my smile. His equipment and methods are state of the art, and his prosthodontics are beautiful. I even received compliments on the temporary crowns and bridges he made. The permanents are even better. His expertise and compassion are unmatched in my experience. My mouth is small and not easy to work on, but Dr. Cartter always makes sure that I am comfortable. His dental assistants have been wonderful throughout the process, and his office staff are professional, knowledgeable, and unfailingly pleasant and supportive. The office is beautiful and very well run. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Desert Dental Specialty Group. Linda Allen
