If I could rate zero I would, and I am not the first reviewer to write that. He entered my exam room late after spending time outside the door complaining to a co-worker about a male co-worker who had moved some papers off of his desk. He was already clearly annoyed when he entered the room. When I complained about fullness in my left ear which was causing ear pain and jaw pain, he looked in my ear. He handled me quite roughly and told me that he saw no ear wax impaction and that my ear canal is just a little narrow. Within a week of letting him touch me, I had to be treated for a severe infection by another provider. Now I am being billed over $700 for that horrendous experience!

If I could rate zero I would. Josh saw me, never even examined me or put hands on me. Told me he couldn't help me. I got emotional so he refused further treatment. Would not do the scope that my PCP recommended. When I pressed for it he did not use the numbing solution he was supposed to. Would never go back to this office. I'm stuck back on square one with my health journey to find a solution to my chronic cough. He then proceeded to write a horrible notes summary that made me look crazy, and him innocent of any wrong doing. How in the world can he tell me he can't help me with no exam!
