I booked an appointment with this dentist about 3 weeks prior to my appointment date. When I call the office at 7:50 am before my 8:00 am appt time I’m told that there is no record of my having made this appt. I’m asked if I received a confirmation call. I reply, no I didn’t. I’m asked, are you sure you’ve called the right dental office? Yes, I have. I’m offered an opportunity to reschedule for 12pm that day. I cannot as I have a 12:30 appt already in place with my accountant. I’m then offered to standby throughout that day for a cancellation of another patient’s appt. I decline. Maybe I’m getting older and less tolerant. But, if we make an agreement keep your part of the bargain. Don’t waste my time. If you screw up, fix it. My time is very limited and valuable to me. Evidently it’s not too valuable to this dental practice as evidenced by their lack of care...

A refreshing experience in Las Vegas. I even got a follow up phone call from Dr Etman himself. I have found my forever dentist

Dr. Etman is the best. I hate all dentists as I have always been afraid. I found Dr Etman to be kind and patient, I love my dentist!
