I saw Dr. Froese on a Saturday. I had been prescribed a new blood pressure medicine on Friday by my regular doctor (Dr. David Robl) and took my first pill when I got home. By Saturday morning, my back was covered in red blisters and a rash. It was hot, itchy, and very uncomfortable. I was able to get in to see Dr. Froese Saturday morning. He gave me a shot of something for allergic reactions. I went home and was better in about three hours. Dr. Froese is young, polite, down-to-earth, and competent. I have a ***** experience with him.

My sis-in-law visiting Wichita went to Miner Emergency office. She mentioned 3 or 4 times how wonderful Dr. Froese was. Very caring and gave her a prescription that took care of her problem. Thank you Dr. Froese!

My experience with personal going in for my 1st, and 2nd visit was as one would expect, however, my experience change when I attempted to schedule a 3rd visit. Apparently when I came the 2nd time they didn't update my information from the form they gave me before I was called back there. This form had my updated address and information. They processed my insurance on my old insurance and was denied. They then send a bill to my old address and got a return to sender. I tried to give them my insurance over the phone but the office stay told me that United does not take claim over 90 days. Well, I told her Id call united and see if there is anything they can do. I spoke with United and they said easy, have them mail in the claim with proof that they filed it on time to the old insurance and they would process it no problem...even if its not as easy as that, they were actually working towards a solution for me as a customer instead of the office lady just saying I think there isnt anything… we can do....that'll be $150 please. There was no attempt from WWFP to get the claim processed at all. If I would have listened to them Id be $150 in the hole. The insurance company call WWFP and spoke with the office themselves and outlined what they needed to do to get the claim processed. So, this all said, I called back and they tell me they could not schedule me until the claim was processed completely. So, even though WWFP had a part to play in not updating my information, they tell me I have a hold off on any care that I need NOW for the claim to get mailed and processed by WWFP and United. ...Wait, What!? This is very disappointing to me because I really enjoyed Dr. Froese and I have a hard time with Doctors. I know have to find another doctors office and put this one behind me due to the lack of patient care the office staff showed me. I know businesses need money, but I was hoping that due to the circumstances of what happened and the verification of the claim from united that they would get me in....or at least apologize for the mistake. NO apology was presented. GREAT DOCTOR and potentially worth the risk. I just hope that you dont have to waste 2 hours of your work day to handle something similar to this and be left spending more time trying to find another doctors office. Sorry Dr. Froese, I mine no disrespect to you. Enjoyed your care!
