I limped into the office, and walked out. Fantastic medical experience. Dr Hackel's leadership is evident with his entire team from scheduling (Kim) to check-in (Kimmy), X-ray, nursing staff, and ultimately Dr Hackel. Due to the proper preparation Dr Hackel was able to quickly and accurately identify my issue and then recommend a variety or protocols in an easily digestible format and helped me decide the best treatment. His entire team is customer-focused and professional. Dr Hackel is self-assured, not self-impressed and a true healer as well as leader in his profession.

Dr. Hackel is very personable and caring. I feel truly heard when he inquires about my complaints… he cares and takes time to listen! The office staff and esp X-ray tech are AWESOME!

Dr. Hacked has been there for Blake and I for over 15 years. His dedication to his patients is absolutely the Best of Best. He is down to earth, friendly and takes time because he cares. When you leave his office you feel that he has given you 100% of his time to listen and treat you accordingly. It would be amazing if more Doctors were like him. We are so blessed to have met him and have in our lives. "The BEST"!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Hackel for many yrs and he has always been excellent at diagnosing the problem. He’s careful to request X-rays & MRI’s to be sure to resolve the issue. I trust his opinion & he’s never in a rush, but always patient & kind. His staff is excellent & efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Hackel for any joint related pain or injury!
