I limped into the office, and walked out. Fantastic medical experience. Dr Hackel's leadership is evident with his entire team from scheduling (Kim) to check-in (Kimmy), X-ray, nursing staff, and ultimately Dr Hackel. Due to the proper preparation Dr Hackel was able to quickly and accurately identify my issue and then recommend a variety or protocols in an easily digestible format and helped me decide the best treatment. His entire team is customer-focused and professional. Dr Hackel is self-assured, not self-impressed and a true healer as well as leader in his profession.

Dr. Hackel was professional in his approach and that he listened to the patients symptoms. He quickly began diagnosing the problem. His professional manner is excellent, helping the patient to be more relaxed and trusting in his care. He insured’s the patient understands the what and why a procedure is being performed. In short, his experience shows that he’ll provide all the same level of care for all his patients, famous or not.

Dr. Hackel treated my knee pain with a Peripheral Nerve Stimulator (PNS) inserted into my leg. It changed everything. Before the PNS, I could not walk into a store or just live a normal life. After the treatment, I had my life back. That treatment was a life changer. Dr. Hackel is professional, knowledgeable, informative, and just plain nice. If you have knee pain, don't' go anywhere else.

This was my first visit with Dr Hackel. He was great! He knew right away what the problem was and what to do for it. He has a very good bed side manner. He is easy to talk to. He took time to listen and he answered all my questions. I left there very pleased.
