Dr. Hagen was thorough in his explanation of the procedure, which put me at ease. The surgery was painless and fast. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative about after care.

With the holidays fast approaching and a wedding & a reunion coming up this weekend I set an appointment with Dr. Hagen. I felt I had tired looking eyes an he suggested filler which would smooth out sunken areas around my eye sockets. The following day I had black eyes and 2 inch puffy elevation lines below both eyes. I waited a week and stopped in on Monday to get advice on anything I could do to get my eyes back looking normal before the weekend. When I told the receptionist I didn't have an appointment I felt like I was treated as an unwanted guest. She did walk back to Dr. Hagan and she came back with his reply that "the healing process takes up to 10 days". I wish he would have told me that before the procedure because I told him my timeline of this weekends upcoming events. It's now day 9 and its looking like I'll go into the weekend with bruises and puffiness under my eyes. Yes, I'm disappointed. Bob Lingenfelser

Had a raised soft bump on my face cheek for decades which I wanted removed. Not a Lipoma..Multiple opinions from several doctors suggested about a 1" incision would have to be done to remove a underlying fatty tissue buildup in this area. I was concerned about a facial scare and healing time and overall result. I decided after consulting with Dr. Hagen and researching his past reviews, history and the overall enthusiasm he has in his profession to go ahead with a trust him with the procedure. I was in the waiting room for no more than 5 minutes before the office for surgery. The procedure was painless and was over with in about 10 minutes. I was on my way back home with a small pressure bandage on the incision about a 1/2 hour after walking into the center...I expected some pain when the local wore off and was amazed in I did not at anytime feel any pain after this either. 24 hours later I decided to remove and change the bandage, the scare is barely noticeable after just 24 hours… with a slight redness where the incision was made. I am happy and looking forward to a full healing period to see how any evidence of this will have dissipated/further healed. I have high hopes and will update again in several weeks. I would recommend him to anyone in need of this type of surgery. Dr hagen and his staff was very explanatory, professional in every way making this whole experience pleasant...
