Dr. Joshua William Harbaugh, DO

Dr. Harbaugh took time to understand what was causing my kidney function to change and spent the time needed with me to identify a plan. I really appreciated that he explained things in a way I could understand. I am very pleased with my experience so far

My mother was referred to Dr. Harbaugh for an issue with her kidneys. He spent ample time with us and was very knowledgeable. I really appreciated him following up with a phone with results. He has really helped turn things around for her. I would recommend him for anyone and I would have no reservations seeing him if I personally ever needed a kidney doctor

Dr Harbaugh didn't listen to me during the visit and interrupted me several times when I was trying to explain important information about my medical history. He didn't explain why he disagreed with my primary concern during the visit or afterwards when I sent followup questions via mychart other than to say he didn't think I had any of the symptoms even though he only asked me about 2-3 of the possible symptoms and when I shared a printed list of symtoms that I do have which appear to be possibly related he only took a brief glance and moved on. Once the visit documentation was finalized a few days later, I had questions about the official visit notes. A critical piece of information about my evaluation was documented incorrectly and asked if he could fix it. To this he replied it was disrespectful of me to question him and said that I must have told him the wrong information about my medical history during the visit. It was honestly the only horrible experience I've ever had with a… doctor.
