Dr. Joshua Harris is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopy.

Dr. Harris obtained his undergraduate degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and he completed both his medical degree and orthopedic residency at Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus.

He then completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Rush Medical Center in Chicago where he was assistant team physician for the Chicago Bulls, White Sox, and DePaul University.

Dr. Harris' special interests include sports-related injuries including hip arthroscopy, patellofemoral disorders, multiligamentous knee injuries, knee joint preservation, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

Dr Harris was able to diagnose my torn tendon in my hip. The surgery went well and now I am pain free.

Dr. Harris was EXCELLENT with me. Yes, he was delayed during my appointment, but I was informed about the back up in the system and everyone on staff made me comfortable. He took the time to thoroughly question me and address all my concerns. He was very busy, but when he was with me, I felt he gave me his undivided attention. My mother came with me and SHE was well impressed as well. My surgery went exactly the way he described and I am already on the road to recovery. I did my homework in choosing Dr. Harris and I am glad I did.

I have gone to numerous doctors over the last 10 years with no diagnosis and even had two surgeries that did not fix the problem. Though I seeked out a specialist hip pain and had researched what I thought was causing the pain, I was never able to get a doctor to acknowledge that it Mgr actually be my hip joint. Low and behold after 10 years I finally got the diagnosis. FAI impingement and labral tears. Dr. Harris actually came into the room and said let me guess you have gone to numerous doctors trying to get an answer. Yes, I had and he said he has the answer for me. No more doctors looking at me like I am crazy!
