I have been a patient of Dr Hays for over 10 years. I trust him and would not go to anyone else. His staff is so friendly and work with me anytime I need them. Highly recommend!! Tonya Mahan

He is a very thorough and caring doctor. He treats the total you and is very understanding of the pain that you are suffering. I would highly recommend Dr. Hay and Dr. Phelps who is the spine surgeon. The entire office staff is kind and courteous. I don't believe I have been in a doctor's office where everyone showed concern and were so pleasant to deal with. I saw another pain management doctor for years but I will always see Dr. Hay as long as he is in practice here.

Dr Hay is a professional, compassionate doctor and he has helped me tremendously! His PA along with the front desk ladies are very polite and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone!

This office is about money and covering themselves, As a patient of21/4 visits they would not see me after an epidural because I would not fill out more paperwork. I asked for no pills yet they tried and tried to get me a urinalysis. Rude help and violated the oath of a doctor. Do not use these people.

They shuffle you in quickly. The office itself was quite nice. Hay, on the other hand, always seems to have his mind on anything but you and your individual circumstances. I had to point out something very bad on my mri that he failed to notice. Then gave me an ignorant sounding, "oh yeah". If you want someone who will take your pain seriously, regardless of age, and especially when you have mri 's to back it up, DO NOT go here. His PA you are dumped to is just as bad. Seek elsewhere for true pain management needs.
