I have nothing but positive things to say. My first appointment was in a very reasonable time frame. The office staff were welcoming and efficient. Medical staff in the back were knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Hedrick is patient and thorough. He always listens to physical complaints, answers questions, asks his own questions about how you’ve been doing and feeling, and does not seem rushed. Each time I have called the office with questions or needs, the staff have immediately responded with solutions. All notes and information from all visits and tests are accessible, detailed, and helpful in MyChart. There were some billing/coverage/in-network issues with my insurance. however, it was easily figured out by communicating with office staff and my insurance company, BC/BS. I have had professional, efficient, friendly, and effective care from Dr. Hedrick and staff. I’m very pleased with this referral and the care I have since received.

I see Dr Hedrick once a year for my Prolia Injection. He has always been on time. His staff was friendly and knowledgeable. He coordinates my care with the Cleveland location and answers all my questions, even those not pertaining to my osteoporsis.

Has a very convincing video online advertising himself as a rheumatologist. However, what he says I completely different of what he does. Diagnoses patient by the looks not by the lab evidence, and disregards other doctors’ diagnosis.
