Dr Hersh is so patient, knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk to. His staff is wonderful too.

I was referred t Dr. Hersh by another Doctor and only had 2 appointments with him before I left and found a good doctor. The first visit he took a phone call right in the exam room in front of me. The second visit, after I waited in the exam room for a 1/2 hour because he was on the phone, the nurse came in to get him to take a phone call. What he did: he switched my main med to another one but not the right dose so my headaches continued and got worse And that's it! He literally walked out on the second visit while I was still talking and said "well I guess your headaches are caused by your neck". How would he know he did so little to help me it was ridiculous. When I found a new Nero I did not know how much could be done for my headaches, and no it's not my neck. The new Dr put me on the right dose of Meds, gave me Meds for emergency purposes (relpax). I did not even know this was something out there because Hersh never told me about it. And I already had one… session of Botox which works wonderfully. All I did with Hersh is waste my time and got aggravated. I just don't understand how he could not know about these treatments that are helpful or he just doesn't care enough to bother. I just can't stress enough how he did absolutely nothing. He spent more time on the phone during my appointment times then he did with me. Don't waste your time!

I have had a couple of appointments with Dr. Hersh and am now looking for a new doctor. I have severe nerve pain that is not addressed. My headaches are getting worse and he has no suggestions on what to do. He makes you wait awhile, and leaves to takes phone calls. He seems to have very little interest in my conditions or helping me. The appointments are rushed and I don't get to finish what I want to tell him. He passes everything off on going to another doctor. I have a lot of medical issues and I am upset I did not find a good doctor and now have to search for a new one
