Dr. Joshua Peter Kiok

Worst doctor ever. I had an appointment at 950 am. I was late for 5 minutes only. They kept me waiting for more than an hour and when I asked what time are they planning to call me in they said they need to reschedule my appointment after wasting my time . No wonder he has bad reviews.

Dr. Kiok gave me absolutely incorrect information about the use and dosage of trazodone. When used as he directed, It did not help me sleep at all --No reason why it should; it is really an anti-depressant not to be taken only as needed! I would also recommend staying away from Kaiser; it is "factory medicine" in which blanket decisions are made based on a patients age. If you require individualized treatment, keep clear of Kaiser.

I grought two concerns to his attention and he dismissed both offhandedly. Another Dr diagnosed one concern as needing surgery as did a surgeon who was consulted. The other concern was remedied by medication, He is/was very cold and seemingly non-caring. If a Dr won't listen/hear you what good is he?

Lets give Dr. Kiok a break! He is my doctor, too, and I find him very satisfactory. As to the previous review, you should remember that the primary care physician does not actually look at Xray plates himself, but must rely on a written report from the radiologist who could be to blame in the previous case. Also possible is some sort of administrative error on the part of Kaiser. Again, I am very happy with Dr. Kiok.

Hello, This was my fathers primary care doctor. All I have to say is that he saw cancer spots in my dads lungs and hadnt told him until 3 years later. Another doctor caught the cancer but it was too late. My dad passed away within 3 months of the other doctor finding the cancer. If Dr. Kiok had done his job I believe my dad would still be alive. I cant believe this man still has a license.
