I have worked under Dr. Kretchmar as a nurse and then sent a loved family member with complex medical needs to him. I knew for a fact that my loved one would receive thorough, competent and respectful care. Ive watch Dr. Kretchmar interact with many patients and as a nurse I've gotten to know what his standard of care is. You would be hard pressed to find a provider that looks at the whole patient rather than one medical issue. He treats his patients with respect and doesnt hide from hard conversations like so many doctor's do. I cannot say enough positive things about my interactions and his integrity. My step dad is safer in his hands than anyone else's and I truly beleive that.
