Dr. Joshua Craig Langhorne, MD

This is a majority Medicaid facility so I should not be surprised. The wait is crazy, you don't always get the same doctor and all doctors are not as caring. Dr. Langhorne is great the others were not very good listeners with regards to the actual reason for the visit. I had an appointment today in which I opted to leave and just find another pediatrician that does not accept government assistance. If you have commercial insurance use it and find a dedicated provider, if not request Langhorne.

Dr. Langhorne is the only pediatrician who reviews a patient's medical record before meeting patient. My children have seen him several times and he has been very thorough.

Staff is not polite, you walk in and there are about 4 employees behind the window but you still have to stand there and wait looking at the glass like your lost! They do not greet you, its like they don't want to be at work helping people! Once your called to the back the medical assistants are very rude, they do not smile or greet with a positive attitude, they don't smile at the kids they just do their job and walk out. The doctor is very rushed, he seems to act like he doesn't want to listen and just guesses on whats going on. They have computers in the rooms but don't use them, instead he comes in with a piece of paper and writes his notes on it without my childs chart in front of him to look at my childs history, he is referral crazy!! Horrible office, strongly do not recommend! Oh also they "say" they have after hours service but is very hard to get in, and they have three offices but everytime I call can never get a same day appt for more than one child, why would I bring one… of my kids but not the other??? Im clicking one star because I have to...that's it...or it would be NONE!!

Everything seemed scripted out and in a rush just to get the day over with. He makes you feel like an idiot and comes off with a smart alike attitude. Does not really listen to what the patient has to say.
