having multiple procedures done by dr olson i found him to rush , rush the patient has no patience and HAS THE PERSONALITY OF AN EGYPTIAN MUMMY AND THE EMPATHY OF A CROCODILE ...THANKS TO THE SUPERB KINDNESS JESSIE RN. WHO PUT ME AT EASE WITH HER WITT, KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONAL APTITUDE .STACY RN . MADE ME FEEL SAFE WHILE UNDER OLSONS KNIFE ...ROBIN IS A GEM ...WALKED ME THROUGH IT MINIMIZING ANXIETY SHE IS ...KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PATIENT .....DARCY THE PLEASANT YOUNG LADY , IS THE FACE OF THE CLINIC .......SHE GIVES IT A PRETTY AND EXCELLENT IMAGE .......THESE LADIES MAKE A SUCCESSFUL CLINIC ......RAIF

I went in and spoke with the doctor about a potential second operation to "fix" things and after I was to be contacted about a quote as well as being scheduled and moved forward in the process. A few months had gone by with no word as I patiently awaited a response. I called to check my status and I was informed by Patti that since the Dr. was so busy with his other patients he skipped me and I was over looked. I was forgotten about by the Dr. in Patti's own words. I asked for her to have to Dr. Josh call me about this as is was upsetting to hear that he specifically forgot about me.Three days and no response, so I reached out via email as well as phone call again. Patti informed me the Dr. has been in surgery all three days, all day. I waited five more days and no call. I then called and sent an email. Patti calls me back to inform me that she spoke with the Dr. and will give me $500… off the quoted price but the Dr. doesn't have time to call me back about my complaint. I told her as a previous patient as well as a potential patient, who paid thousands of dollars and who is possibly going to spend additional money, for another operation that could be life threatening, he doesn't have time to call? She said, "No, he doesn't". That is the type of service to expect and why my rating is a 1 star! She said he would call if it were another matter, but not a complaint. I said title it whatever you need to title it but I would like to speak with the Dr. about why I was skipped and overlooked. What if we were in surgery and something was skipped and overlooked? They have the worst service is what I am getting at. She stated I could schedule an appointment to come in and speak with him again in a few months. I told her how I am a single mom who works full time and goes to school online and I don't have extra time like that. I told her I wish I could have recorded the phone call to let people know how things are with Dr. Josh Olson's practice. After this I went to make some very public Google reviews and included my screenshots and guess who got a call! Sure did. No, I am taking my business elsewhere as I would highly recommend you do as well! When it comes to surgery and thousands of dollars there can be no mistakes or oversights and communication must be strong with the Dr. not a rude disrespectful office manager. Save your money and body and PLEASE look around elsewhere. I will continue to share my experience with Dr. Olson and Patti for the rest of my life so everyone knows that this practice is unacceptable.

I've had implants for about 30 years. After one ruptured several years ago after a skiing fall, I had them replaced, and it was a botched job. I had another surgery to try and fix that one, and ended up with an encapsulated implant after about 7 years. I figured I would just have them taken out, because, lets face it, after 3 strikes you are out. Not with Dr Olson. I am very happy with my 4th, and hopefully, final surgery. Thank You!!

Dr Olson and his staff in Gilbert were very informative and extremely nice! I decided to get a breast augmentation and I knew I had made the best choice in going with them from the first visit. Dr Olson saw me for my initial orientation and told me what would look good for my body type. Dr Olson knows his stuff! I am really happy with my results and the service. I highly recommend him to any of my friends/family to him!!

I previously had a breast augmentation from another Dr. in Tucson and was very unsatisfied with the results! my left breast slipped from under the mussel and the Dr. that preformed my surgery did not want to fix it. I went to Dr. Josh Olson feeling embarrassed and deformed. He was very professional and knowledgeable He immediately made me feel comfortable and confident with him fixing my botched surgery. I love my results ! My breast are very natural looking and symmetrical . I recommend Dr. Olson and his entire staff very highly, In fact I seen four other doctors before I chose Dr. Olson and I did not feel they would give me the results I wanted.

They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. It has been 6 months and I am loving the results of my surgery! The staff at Advanced Plastic surgery are very knowledgeable, honest and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Olson and his staff to anyone!

As a person who works with physicians daily for a living, I have high standards and expectations for those who care for me and my family. I am very aware of the talent pool. Even so, I did my research. That research lead me to Dr. Olson. He and his staff treat people with respect and have exceeded my expectations. In this world of unreturned phone calls and lack of empathy, they are stand out shining stars. Every call, every email has been returned and every question answered. But, best of all Dr. Olson listened to me, respected my wishes, and then surpassed what we expected for results. He found, what others missed... a hernia. I had him repair my hernia, my separated abs, and my mommy tummy. I had my breasts augmented to the size appropriate for my body. Their prep instructions and care was top notch. I followed their instructions and we're grateful for them. The surgical day was smooth and supportive. Dr.Olson and his staff were considerate in their follow up and check ins with me… and my husband (my post surgical caregiver). Dr. Olson worked me into his schedule when I had a small seroma and educated me throughly on how to treat it after I left his office. I am still in the healing process, but I have not been forgotten. They still treat me just as they did on the first day. With respect and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Olson to anyone I care about. If you are even considering plastic surgery, see him. Trust me, you'll be happy you did.

I had the best experience with Dr. Olson! I had a tummy tuck 4 years ago with another doctor. I didn't quite get the result i had been looking for. Dr. Olson was awesome. He went above and beyond and did exactly what i was looking for. He really listened to what i wanted and did it! Everyone in his office is so friendly, and are very patient. It was so nice he has an office and surgery center here in Gilbert. Driving to PV and Scottsdale is so much of a hassle anymore. Thank you!!!

I'm 63 years old so not a young gal, but decided it was time to treat myself. I had several procedures done with 100% success. First I had a little botox, Juvederm, & Kybella. Then I had a full tummy tuck, lipo, breast lift and implants. It's now 5 weeks after my surgery and I only wish I had this done 30 years ago! Dr. Olson is honest, a cool sense of humor, professional and is skilled beyond belief. He made me feel very comfortable and is truly a caring man. I'm so happy my Primary Dr. referred me to him. He is amazing!!!
