I have read these reviews and more than half are very similar to my poor experience with Dr Park. I don't know what kind of dr he is, but I don't know how he can be an ears, NOSE, THROAT doctor and not look in my throat or my nose during my visit.Yes, he's going to tell you he did and yes, it is a lie.Of course, everyone believes what the doctor says but I pay attention, and I definitely paid attention during that visit.When he walked in, he already had it in his mind that I was "over reacting" or being a hypochondriac, I could tell in the way he was talking with me.He talked down to me and before even examining me or laying a finger on me, he told me "diagnosed" me. He didn't do much of an of exam or verbal exam.He didnt know all my symptoms because he never asked.He doesn't know history of my parents cause he never asked.Which if he did it def adds to other possible avenues of my symptoms.But he wouldn't know that cause he never asked.He did a poor verbal and physical exam!Yes, I… have had a lot of tests, my doctors are ordering these tests because they know something is wrong. They keep digging to find out what could be erong. They just font assume Im fine cause I have REAL symptoms. Unfortunately, they trusted that sending me to doctor park would help us out, but obviously not.Instead he patronized and gas lit me. Then in turn, he also stooped low and belittled my onc and endo drs.He told me they did tests that were not necessary and oncologists just like to order tests.So now he's a endocrinologist and an oncologist?? Well he can't even be a proper ent so I don't know how that's possible!I think he has let his ego get to him snd forgotten how to CARE for people or LISTEN to the patient. And yes, like other reviews, this visit was about 5 min...maybe 10 tops. I was obviously bothering him by coming to him for help. I hope to God I don't have anything serious but if I do,I'll be the first one sitting in his waiting room to let him know what he missed! I'm writing this to warn other people how he likes to "doctor". I'd hate another person getting stuck in this situation of trusting him to help them. And if this review somehow dissapears....I will keep posting it here and multiple other platforms. Sorry dr, you need to see how you affect people just looking for help that you obviously dont wanna waste your time with.You can't treat people like that with no repercussions.

I went to Dr. Park because I could not breathe thru the left side of my nose. I had this issue for a year or more, thought part of the problem was just allergies. First visit he looked into my nose with a scope and said you have nasal polyps, which another ENT Doctor in Merrillvile whose name begins with a T could not find the problem. Did an in-office procedure to open my nose last Fall which helped my breathing a couple of months. Could not seem to find the polyps ! Wanted me to take steroids for a month which would have been only a temporary solution to my breathing problem. After Dr. Park told me my breathing problem was the polyps I scheduled out-patient surgery at the Hobart hospital. It has now been three weeks post surgery and I can breathe thru my nose all the time. There was a large polyp on the left side of my nose and smaller ones on the right side. The surgery was very easy, with minimal bleeding and not much pain associated with the surgery. I would do it again… in a heartbeat if necessary and have Dr. Park. I am so happy I found Dr. Park and will not go back to the ENT Doctor I had been seeing for probably 25 years in Merrillville. I feel that they took very good care of me at Powers Health in Hobart.
