Summary
I was born and raised in Kansas. As I approached 30 years old, I was ready for an adventure. The Pacific Northwest called me. I've been here ever since. In 2014, I married the love of my life. We recently adopted two children and are settling into an instant family life. My mom was an operating room nurse, and she would take me in to meet her surgery peers when I was a young boy. I was in awe by her crew. From then, I knew I wanted to be in health care. Over time, I realized I enjoy science, challenges, and working with people - so medicine seemed like a natural fit. I love being a physician assistant and would not change a thing about my career path.
