Dr. Joshua Howard Rubin, MD

Worst office staff I have ever encountered. Lazy, incompetent and rude. I had an appointment to see the Doctor, I arrived 30 minutes early as I was instructed, and I waited an hour before I was told the Doctor was not in today and the appointment had to be cancelled. I didn't make another, instead I have a new Doctor with an office staff that cares about the patients.

This doctor is a gift to medicine and his patients. He is empathic and solution-oriented. He takes time to explain what is going on and answer questions. My son’s case is a difficult one and he provided immediate and progressive steps towards a resolution. A nurse who has worked with many gastroenterologists during her career highly recommended Dr Rubin and I’m so thankful for her recommendation,

I find Dr Rubin to be a caring and an extremely concerned practitioner. He is most patient, taking his time to answer every question and analyze my condition thoroughly. He ordered all the appropriate tests to completely determine my condition and then to prescribe the proper medication.

Dr Rubin was very caring with his understanding of my situation. He listened and explained with his expertise in my problem, I am better with his help.

Dr. Rubin took time to listen to my symptoms, explain my procedure that he ordered and let me know the findings in a very timely manner. He is a very knowledgeable physician and makes sure all patient concerns are addressed which is comforting. Great staff ! Highly recommend Dr Rubin !

Dr. Rubin's friendly facade initially masks his true style. Be prepared for long waits, double-booked appointments and poor follow-through. Basically, his practice is a mill, which churns patients and collects money. There are much better gastroenterologists in the Boca Raton area.

Dr Rubin was very thorough and did not run any unnecessary tests.

Dr Rubin is a treasure...a doctor who is friendly, knowledgable and takes time to get to know you and listen to your concerns. I can not say enough about him and the practice in general. As a new patient I am highly impressed...thank you Dr Rubin!!!

I do not often go to visit doctors, and I never leave reviews. But Dr. Rubin merits a review, simply because he is very unusual: he actually takes his time and listens to you. There is no sense of his rushing you out. He takes an interest in learning about you as a person, which help sin his treatment, as he knows more about you. Very caring, genuinely caring Dr. I actually walk out of there with a smile. A special shout out to Asia, who is always friendly (and funny!)

Dr. Rubin is an amazing Dr. who is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The office staff and nurses are very receptive, friendly and caring. I would highly reccomend Dr. Rubin and his staff!
