Dr Saur saw me very promptly, with good bedside manners. He listened to my symptoms, quickly ordered an x-ray, and made a diagnosis. Overall I was very impressed and surprised to receive such great treatment at a walk-in.

Dr. Saur and his staff were kind, friendly and welcoming. My daughter was anxious and in pain and Dr. Saur was very patient and calming. He took the time to explain the diagnosis with visuals and translating it so she understood.

I was left without a PCP when mine left left the practice she was at. I made an appointment with Dr. Saur not really sure what to expect. But I have to say they go above and beyond there! I didn't have to wait and we worked out not only a plan A and a plan B but a third plan as well. Very impressed with the Dr. Saur and all of the nurses I've encountered there!!

Dr. Saur is awesome! He has a warm, friendly demeanor, is thorough in his examination, and takes the time to ask questions and actually listen to his patients. His office staff also exude that same positive attitude. As a bonus, our TOTAL wait time (as a walk-in) was less than 10 minutes. HIGHLY recommend!

I think he is great. Easy to talk with and he seems to listen to what I’m saying. So far he has been a great help.

I brought my 5 year old daughter in for a gash in her chin that required stitches. Dr. Saur was pleasant from the start and very patient. She was scared as expected and Dr. Saur was calm and kind. He answered all my questions (sometimes twice) with zero irritation. We left with two stitches and were pleased with the experience. Our wait was short and the staff were courteous too. Thank you!
