Dr. Joshua Aaron Strassberg, MD

He continually interrupted both my daughter and myself. He was extremely dismissive. I was treated as nothing, andwould definitely not recommend. He should not work with children.

My daughter broke her elbow in 2009 which required surgery, Dr. Strassberg has remarkable surgical skills and a excellent bed side manner. I am now back 10 years later for my other child. Dr. Strassberg is kind, smart and extremely thorough. He does not rush you during the exam and takes the time to talk to your child and the parent. He has a wonderful, calming demeanor that will put you at ease. If you need a pediatric orthopedic surgeon/doctor look no further!

Dr. Strassberg was excellent. He was very knowledgable of my situation and really treated me like a person, not a patient to make money off. I really appreciate him and kindness towards me. As for me, a doctor with personality is crucial. Thanks again, Dr. Strassberg.

The practice has grown so large that the doctors are rushed and careless. The exams are minutes and then you are given a printed set of instructions. The staff is rude and unwilling to answer question, stating "read you paper"! This practice is not a clinic! You bring your child to a "specialist" for a reason! Perhaps, Doctors have forgotten that they are suppose to be " treating" people!

My non verbal 12 year son with Autism was brought to Morristown Memorial Hospital by Ambulance on Memorial Day Weekend with a broken knee cap. Dr. Strassberg was the on call doctor for the Orthopedic Center, PA. Located in Cedar Knolls NJ. He refused to treat my son because he said it was not an Emeregency and it was a holiday weekend. The ER had an immobilizer brace on my son and had him on morphine. I explained to Dr. Strassberg my situation about my son and he told me that I could call his office on Tuesday to make an appointment for an office visit and then they would look at the surgery schedule. There was no way I could take my son home and care for him. Dr. Strassberg then told me that just because my son has special needs doesn't mean that he gets special treatment.

We met Dr. Strassberg when my daughter was 6 days old as she has mild hip dysplasia and we were recommended to him. He is caring and calming with her and would take the time to be sure that she wasn't afraid, which is especially important when you're fitting an infant for a hip brace. He always takes the time to answer our questions. We highly recommend Dr. Strassberg.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Strassberg. He is very patient and has a very nice manner.

Dr Strassberg was very good at making my little guy feel comfortable. He is typically not good with Drs so I was very impressed.

He is one of the best Pediatric Ortho's in the Tri-State area. He is very kind and compassionate, and was great with my shy 5 year old son. He comes very highly recommended among in the medical community.
