Horrendous behavior!!! Dr Thomas' office scheduled my husband for injections 3 weeks ago and 2 days prior to the appointment they called to say they were not accepting new patients! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL way we have ever been treated by a doctor. My husband has been in extreme pain all this time waiting for this appointment date to arrive and 2 days before they cancel!!! I asked if they could at least see new patients who were already scheduled and was told "no" - so I asked when this decision was made to stop accepting new patients and was told "it was abrupt ...sometime today". I would say so since I just received a text 22 min ago to confirm his appointment!!! And this site says they ARE accepting new patients. Something does not sound right Jaquan!

I was impressed by speed of receiving my first appointment. Dr. Thomas was wonderful and spent considerable time with me. I look forward to further visits with him and I confident he will be able to solve my pain problem.

My pain is chronic so there is little that will completely correct it but procedures, physical therapy and pain meds. Dr. Thomas is very knowledgeable, shows patience and compassion.

I am pleased with the care I receive from Dr. J. Thomas and his staff.

Dr. Thomas is doing his best to alleviate my pain and discomfort ! I appreciate the way they treat me there .

Don't think his speed means he doesn't care. You will be in and out while he does a whirlwind of energy around you. When it comes time for those precise injections, he takes his time to get you pain free and enjoying life again.

I greatly appreciate the ability to explore all options before selecting an invasive procedure

The staff was very professional, they provided thorough instructions and you were attended to very quickly. Very impressive. Kudos.

Love the doc at National Harbor (whose name escapes me right now). I have been in severe pain for over a year. Mostly brushed off by other health care professionals. We did due diligence and went through all the steps, finally leading to injections into the facet joints. Oh my, what a relief! So glad I went!
