Dr. Whetzel is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Eastern District Dental Society.
Dr. Whetzel is a recent graduate of MCG where he served as his class president. While a student, he was awarded the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Student Award for outstanding achievement in esthetics, as well as The American College of Dentist's Outstanding Leadership Award for the most potential impact on the profession of dentistry.
Dr. Whetzel is committed to providing the best dental care …possible using the most up to date technology available through continuing education. He hopes to continue to expand his scope of practice to offer a wide variety of procedures to meet our patient’s wants and needs. In his spare time, Dr. Whetzel enjoys spending time with his family, working in the yard, and enjoying the outdoors.
He, along with his wife Jacquelyn, have two girls Ellison (age 3) and Evan (age 1), and are active members of their church.
