My 81 year old mother had to be taken to the ER via a ambulance, which upon arrival is where we had the unfortunate introduction of Dr. Daily! Mother was in excruciating pain in her back! Mother couldn’t walk, lift her arms, it hurt her to even breathe. Dr Daily walks to the room by the door and says we’ll do an X-ray and walks out! Mothers lays there for hours in pain. The nurse finally brings her two Robaxin, which doesn’t even phase my mother! Never asked Mother’s pain level at all! which mother doesn’t take nothing more than a aspirin for her heart, ever! Radiology Tech comes to do the X-ray and sees that my mother can’t move and says let me go ask Dr. Will change the order to a scan. Tech gets that changed and we wait for results for hours nothing! I finally tell them mother needs to use rest room and nurse says “ oh she’s being discharged “ I said she still needs to go to rest room. The nurse said you go pull your car around and we’ll have her ready! Dr.Daily NEVER CAME BACK TO… ROOM TO GIVE TEST RESULTS OR HOW TO FOLLOW UP OR ANYTHING ABOUT HOW HELP MANAGE MOMS PAIN AND CARE!!! PATHETIC! The nurse said she had narrowing of her spine and bulging disc!!!! WHERE IS THE BULGING DISC? HOW BAD? Possibly pinched nerve? DR. DAILY JUST SAW MY MOMMA AS AN OLD LADY! TO OLD TO WASTE HIS TIME ON! YOU DR. DAILY WILL FINE YOUR YOUTH FADING AWAY DAY BY DAY AND YOU HEALTH AT THE HANDS OF OTHERS IN YOUR LATTER YEARS! DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM TO DO TO YOU! SHAME ON YOU!! GOD WILL TAKE CARE YOU DR. DAILY FOR THE MISTREATMENT OF A CHILD OF HIS KINGDOM! ANYONE THAT KNOWS THIS PRECIOUS SOUL KNOWS SHE IS A CHILD OF GOD! TO KNOW HER IS TO LOVE HER! THE PLEASURE SHOULD HAVE BEEN YOURS!!! DO BETTER OR CHANGE PROFESSIONS!!!!!!!!! YOUR GIVING THE NORTH ALABAMA SHOALS ER AND HOSPITAL A BAD REP!!!
