The past few years appear to have either been the catalyst to new stressors or have exacerbated what was already bothersome but manageable. What stumbling blocks are getting in your way? If you are trying to manage issues related to eating disordered behaviors , problems with your mood such as depression , anxiety or other stressors impeding your ability to manage more effectively, I would like to help you. I use multiple approaches such as CBT and DBT and psychodynamic therapy to help explore, understand and manage various symptoms and problems. There is no cookie cutter approach or one size fits all but there are tools available to help you feel better and develop coping strategies for various problems that stand in the way of your moving forward in a positive direction. We will work together to assess the problems you are facing and find the most appropriate strategies, whether the issues are related to internal or external stressors..
