Dr. Joy Randy Boyne, MD

Emily is amazing. Staff is ok. However, communication is HORRIBLE. My Appt was literally cancelled and I was removed as a patient, without ANY consultation. Paid bill late. Mix up. It happens. Shouldn't learn about my dermatologist's Scarlett Letter on the day of my six month checkup. Beyond unprofessional.

I have always liked the Dr. I am a firm believer that if you are not 15 minutes early, you'r late. I drove 40 miles to arrive on time or early. I respect the schedules of the Dr. and professional staff but they don't seem to reciprocate. I have always waited 15 to 30 minutes past my scheduled appointments. Then when they do call you, you are placed in a room for another length of time. The time spent with me has been as little as 5 minutes to as much as 10. This morning was the straw that B.T.C.B. After arriving 20 minutes early, the professional (MA, Nurse or what ever) arrived at the office 15 minutes after my appointment. Now this was mid-morning and traffic was not an issue. After having 5 biopsies done, there was very little explanation. I was given a topical cream once with no explanation. I found that info on-line. Again, I like the Dr. but the rest of the pro staff needs much improvement. The office staff are very professional and I don't want this to reflect on them. Doctor,… you need to address the deficiencies with your staff. Today was my last visit to your office. I will find another.

The front desk receptionist are very pleasant and prompt to answer any questions or concerns. My appointment time was 1040am. I was not called until 1127am. I was not given an update or nothing for my wait. Then I waited until 1154 to see the doctor. The MA was a black lady and she was RUDE because I corrected her on how to say my name. I am black myself and my name is PATTRENA ( like Katrina but with a P) and my last name is Williams. So, if she couldnt say my first name, then she should of said my last name. But she got mad when I corrected her. When Dr.Boyne came in, she asked what was my issues and I told her. Then she said she will order a medication and if its not covered let them know; so, she could order the generic. The interaction was less than 5 minutes. As I was walking out, another MA with a NY accent give me a brochure of the pharmacy that will notify me in 24-48hours and if they do not call, I must call them. As Im leaving the room, Dr.Boyne start talking… to me in the hallway about the medication and come back in 3 months. She never told me the name of the medication but I must apply it twice a day. So, my appointment was Monday, its now Thursday and I have not received a call from the pharamacy; so, I called the pharmacy. Only to find out that the office hasn't got around to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I am so done. I am more upset that I wasted $40 co-pay for horrible service. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

I have been a patient for many years and absolutely trust and respect Dr. Boyne and her staff.

Not satisfied with this office. Plan to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour to be seen and rushed out. The office staff is rude and the clinical staff disinterested. You'll get an appointment easily but it appears because the overbook slots. The interest seems to be on getting in the maximum number of patients not on quality care.

Easy to set up appointments, but VERY rude staff. Also overcharged for what appt. was worth. Would not recommend to my dog!

Dr. Boyne office has been helpful to my personal needs. I have been a patient in this office for over 2 years. The staff is friendly. I generally see the nurse practioner. I have been satisified regarding my results.
